As a Creative Art Lead for our upcoming AAA FPS project, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and universe of a new video game intellectual property. Your expertise will not only define the aesthetic direction of our game but also involve assembling the right team, developing the necessary tools, and establishing processes to bring this vision to life.

Your Contributions Will Include:
- Establishing, guiding, and executing the artistic vision for our new intellectual property.
- Facilitating effective communication regarding the visual style through concept art, style guidelines, critiques, and more.
- Leading and nurturing a small yet efficient art team.
- Collaborating on game experiences from initial prototypes to final releases.
- Creating and managing workflows for both internal and outsourced art production.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance productivity through innovative technologies and practices.
- Engaging in regular internal playtesting and contributing to discussions about challenges and potential improvements.
- Working alongside researchers to validate artistic assumptions.
We Seek Candidates Who:
- Have successfully shipped at least one AAA title in a leadership role within the art department for PC or console platforms.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in both prototype and production environments.
- Can collaborate effectively with both technical and creative leaders to create a cohesive blend of gameplay and visual aesthetics.
- Possess a player-focused mindset that informs discussions and outcomes.
- Familiarity with Unreal or Unity game engines.
- Experience in launching long-term games.
- Proven ability to build and manage outsourcing relationships and workflows.
