  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
