Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Lawyer to enhance our team across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients on intellectual property matters, including the preparation, submission, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
  • Delivering opinions on patent infringement and validity.
  • Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and drafting assessments on trademark registrability.
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements related to patent licensing.
  • Offering support for intellectual property transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in intellectual property, patent, and trademark law.
  • Proven experience in preparing and prosecuting Canadian patent and trademark applications.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
