Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team at Friendly Senior Living. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance duties, including repairs, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and carpentry, as assigned.
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties according to schedule on all Home vehicles and equipment.
  • Keep daily records of duties performed to be submitted to supervisor.
  • Clear snow from walks and parking areas, and be on call during winter months.
  • Maintain building security and report to fire zone when alarm sounds.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two or more years of HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work experience required.
  • Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
