About the Role

MountainView Hospital is seeking a highly skilled RN Coordinator Quality Management to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Chest Pain program that meets national standards for quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address quality gaps
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data to inform quality improvement decisions
  • Apply critical thinking skills to drive process improvement and decision making
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN or healthcare-related Master's degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Nevada
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a cardiovascular care setting; previous critical care experience preferred
  • Leadership experience and ability to apply critical thinking skills for process improvement and decision making
