Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a master's degree in nursing and a certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies is also required.
