We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at AMS Staffing, Inc. in Portland, OR. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for auto dealership business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Federal and State C-Corporation, S-Corporation, and Partnership tax returns.
- Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.
- Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.
- Build and manage client relationships while developing and maintaining business development leads.
- Serve in a leadership role on client projects, including planning and project management, resulting in the successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects with exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or a similar discipline.
- Experience in the auto dealership, manufacturing, or construction industry required.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in accounting.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office technology suite.
