Job Overview

Position Title: Tube Bending Production Supervisor

Role Purpose: Oversee the manufacturing process by leading and supervising the tube bending production team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

  2. Conducting effective training and assessing its impact;
  3. Creating opportunities for professional development;
Execute production plans by:
  1. Maintaining adequate inventory of tubes and components;
  2. Assigning tasks to personnel;
  3. Monitoring work progress and resolving issues;
  4. Reporting production results in a timely manner;
Enforce company standards of conduct by:
  1. Keeping accurate attendance and disciplinary records;
Collaborate with management to address workplace challenges and grievances;Assist in planning work schedules and production sequences to meet targets;Analyze production data to determine requirements and evaluate performance;Ensure a safe and organized work environment by educating staff on best practices and compliance;Recommend improvements based on operational analysis;Coordinate with other supervisors to optimize departmental operations;Act as a change agent to facilitate smooth transitions;Manage inventory of tubes and components effectively;Schedule bending and processing activities in alignment with production needs;Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the tube bending area;Participate in production meetings to ensure shipment targets are met;Maintain housekeeping and equipment maintenance standards;Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive measures;Report performance metrics to assist in generating KPIs;Develop corrective actions for any KPIs that fall short of expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a two-year degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or at least three years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and related software.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or automotive sectors.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage and resolve employee issues effectively.
  • Ability to operate basic computer systems comfortably.
