This role is structured as a part-time, in-person contract position, specifically designed for the academic year.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Role Responsibilities:
The School-Based LPC/LCSW will deliver behavioral health services to patients in both school and clinical environments. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychosocial evaluations and assessments
- Providing diagnostic and therapeutic counseling
- Implementing crisis intervention strategies
- Managing cases and coordinating care
- Training and supervising staff involved in related activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Certifications:
- Master's in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution, with a valid Montana LCSW or LCPC license
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dual licensure as LCSW/LPC in Montana or Wyoming
- Certification in Substance Use Disorder
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in electronic health records and computer systems
Competencies:
- Program management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Critical evaluation and crisis management capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Effective relationship management and stress management techniques
Working Conditions:
The working environment is primarily indoors, with a controlled climate and moderate noise levels typical of an office setting. The role requires flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend hours as necessary, along with occasional travel to other One Health locations.
