Preconstruction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Estimator to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc. as a key member of our construction industry team.

• Review project solicitation documents for accuracy and develop questions related to the scope of work.
• Solicit quotations from subcontractors and vendors, prepare and distribute bid document packages, and respond to inquiries.
• Develop scope of work packages to define project requirements through narratives, checklists, and quantity take-off.
• Prepare price analysis sheets for subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with the design team on design-build RFPs to support the development of proposals.
• Assist with purchasing and defining subcontractor and vendor agreements scope of work.

• 6+ years of experience in the construction industry with estimating experience.
• Demonstrated longevity of service and good tenure.
• Working knowledge of On-Screen take-off software or similar.
• Working knowledge of estimating software - Sage (Timberline) is a plus.
• Experience with sitework, concrete, steel, or building interiors is a plus.
