About the Role

As a PRN MRI Radiographer, you will play a vital role in our mission by performing a variety of MRI and MRA procedures, ensuring patient safety protocols, and collaborating with radiologists to diagnose and treat patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI and MRA procedures, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Verify patient identification, diagnosis, and prescription, ensuring accurate and timely completion of procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Operate MRI scanners, RF coils, and other equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Monitor patient status, tolerance, and well-being throughout procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to complete procedures according to established protocols.
  • Comply with OSHA, TJC, DOH, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Radiologic Technologist certification.
  • ARRT MRI certification.
  • At least 12 months of experience in MRI or related field.
  • Maintain CEUs to stay current with industry developments.
