Elevator Operator

Join ADM, a leading agricultural processor and nutrition leader, in this exciting opportunity as an Elevator Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to grain handling.

• Dump and load railcars and trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Operate a grain dryer to ensure optimal grain quality.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties and maintenance tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A high school education or equivalent preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet physical requirements, including standing, sitting, working in confined spaces, and wearing a respirator.
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently and collaboratively as needed.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, dust, and other conditions. You will also need to move up to 50 pounds and operate power industrial equipment safely.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for overtime and weekend work, as well as a positive and respectful work environment.
