Nurse Practitioner

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Provide direct patient care through the administration of medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One (1) year clinical experience preferred.
