We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Achieve overall sales goals and service objectives, while ensuring operational and inventory standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow commercial customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Team Leadership: Delegation and follow-up of daily functions, holding team members accountable for executing action plans, and managing team member hiring, scheduling, engagement, development, and performance expectations.
- Coaching and Development: Coach team members to deliver and exceed customer expectations, and enforce all company policies as defined in the SMEG Company Handbook.
- Facilities Management: Maintain clean and safe facilities, including offices, and ensure a neat and professional personal appearance.
- Leadership Experience: Prior leadership and management experience, with a proven track record required.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage in and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other company software, with advanced parts sourcing and lookup capabilities, including special ordering, secondary sources, and factory direct.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, sales increases, and gross profit percentages, and review and analyze reports, such as profit and loss statements (P&L).
- Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or GED, clean driving record with valid driver's license, 5+ years of experience in an automotive service-related industry, and knowledge of repair principles and procedures in all areas of the Automotive Industry.
