Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Expert: Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful.
  • Sales Floor Specialist: Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Upselling Pro: Offer suggestions to customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty program and highlighting its benefits.
  • Cash Handling Specialist: Accurately manage cash transactions and maintain a secure environment.
  • Safety Champion: Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Facility Maintenance Expert: Maintain a clean and welcoming store, including cleaning restrooms and emptying trash bins.
  • Environmental Ambassador: Contribute to a positive environmental impact by keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older (18 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and ability to make people feel welcome.
  • Detail-Oriented: Notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience.
  • Reliable and Responsible: Punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work.
