Career Opportunity: Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a sterile environment during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide educational support to new staff members and radiology students, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certified professional.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a procedural area, preferably in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
