Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse, ensuring timely interventions and care planning.
- Respect and promote residents' rights, dignity, and confidentiality, upholding our community's values and standards.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, family members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge, as required by statutory regulations for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
