Commercial Loan Processor

As a Commercial Loan Processor at Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, you will play a critical role in the success of our commercial lending operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation, including notes, security agreements, and loan/credit agreements.
    • Verify due diligence items, such as Flood Certificates, Hazard Insurance, and Tax Reporting.
    • Compile loan documents and work with attorneys and title companies to execute loans and ensure timely closings.
    • Perform pre-closing reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and TDECU procedures.
    • Review final draft documents for completion and accuracy.
    • Establish and onboard borrowers, guarantors, loans, and collateral on the core loan system.
    • Record required ticklers in the loan tracking system.
    • Upload executed loan packages into a 3rd party document storing system.
    • Maintain knowledge of all regulations applicable to commercial products.
  • Requirements:
    • Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of commercial lending regulations and procedures.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial lending process.

As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will work closely with our lending team to review and analyze loan documentation, verify due diligence items, and compile loan documents.
