Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at Morada Senior Living. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for operating the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the dish-washing machine to ensure all dishes are properly washed and sanitized
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine
  • Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year previous experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
