Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP with Epic Special Education Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades Kinder to 2nd-grade* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other professionals* Assess student communication skills and develop strategies to support their progress

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting hourly pay: $44 per hour* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage* Paid time off and holidays* Continuing education reimbursement and license renewal support* Bonus opportunities and referral incentives

Requirements:

* Valid SLP license or in process in the state of practice* At least one year of verifiable experience as an SLP within the last three years* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
