Master Machinist

At Lonero Engineering Co., Inc., we are committed to the development of our employees for long-term career paths within our company. As a Master Machinist, you will be responsible for producing low-volume, complex, precision components using a manual milling machine.

This position is part of our day shift, with flexible start times (6 AM or 7 AM). You will work in a safe environment with opportunities for growth, wellness programs, and on-the-job training.

• Set up and operate a manual milling machine to produce complex precision components.
• Select tooling, cutting speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut to process jobs efficiently.
• Measure parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to read and interpret component drawings, layouts, sketches, or other specifications.
