Job Summary
The Middlesex Corporation is a leading heavy civil construction and paving industry contractor, ranked 222nd by ENR. We are seeking an experienced Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities
This role involves planning and scheduling construction activities and crews associated with assigned projects. Responsibilities include:
• Complying with and promoting all Safety policies and procedures
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and documentation for project schedule preparation
• Reviewing client's scheduling requirements
• Developing cost and resource load schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) of scheduling
• Collaborating with estimators and project teams to develop target schedules
• Participating in turnover meetings and assisting in developing planned schedules
• Monitoring contract progress, material deliveries, and communicating potential delays
• Developing comprehensive CPM schedules updates on a monthly basis
• Conducting Time Impact Analysis and delay claims analysis
• Ensuring work assignment and scheduling follow company standards
• Maintaining strong relationships with project management and client scheduling groups

Requirements
Key qualifications include:
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or minimum 5 years of heavy industrial construction experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of current industry CPM Scheduling software packages, such as Primavera P6 Professional and Microsoft Office Suite-MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Experience working with project management and a thorough knowledge of heavy construction logistics, resource planning, and material management preferred

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
