The Role

This part-time Accounting Assistant position involves performing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing, and banking duties. The successful candidate will possess strong accounting skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Enter payable invoices into QuickBooks and process payable checks
  • Create invoices for intercompany charges and distribute them to appropriate departments
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and prepare positive reports to submit to the bank daily
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Proven accounting experience
  • QuickBooks proficiency
