About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Administrator to join our team at Arkatechture. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Arkalytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Arkalytics platform, including system updates, patch management, and incident management.
  • Work with the Infrastructure Lead to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for the Infrastructure team.
  • Manage user provisioning, system audits, and penetration testing.
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline manual system administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Unix/Linux operating systems and administration.
  • Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS, and knowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Tableau Server or PowerBI level certification is a plus.
