We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Administrator to join our team at Arkatechture. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Arkalytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Arkalytics platform, including system updates, patch management, and incident management.
- Work with the Infrastructure Lead to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for the Infrastructure team.
- Manage user provisioning, system audits, and penetration testing.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline manual system administration tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Unix/Linux operating systems and administration.
- Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS, and knowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Tableau Server or PowerBI level certification is a plus.
