Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Leader to join our team. As a Salon Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of stylists to achieve business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage salon operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations
- Collaborate with other salon leaders to share best practices and drive business growth
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations
- Ability to lead by example and resolve challenges with professionalism
- Ability to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon's bottom line in mind
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
