**Job Description:** We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Burrow & Associates, L.L.C. in Metro Atlanta. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing multiple cases and deadlines effectively, providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters, and drafting/reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and attend 341 Meeting of Creditors with the client.
  • Monitor chapter 7 cases for any post-filing requirements.
  • Communicate with trustees to resolve any issues, problems, and objections.

**Requirements:** JD degree from an accredited law school, Admission to the state bar association of Georgia, Strong research and analytical skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail, Experience in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation, Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
