At MAX Solutions, we're seeking a skilled RTO Relationship Consultant to join our team in Burwood, NSW. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing and managing stakeholder relationships, driving increased enrolments across our SEE Program, and championing MAX Solutions as a Registered Training Provider of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder management with internal and external agencies to foster strong relationships and drive growth
  • Implement and deliver on Sales Pipelines to convert leads into student referrals and enrolments
  • Lead generation to create opportunities for growth and development
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and from time-to-time interstate to engage with stakeholders and drive business outcomes
About You:
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth and success
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from internal teams to external agencies and partners
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a Sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
  • Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timeframes
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships, with a deep understanding of the importance of stakeholder engagement
