Kitchen Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Monitor the quality of food produced and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as required.
  • Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff to ensure effective kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and implement procedures for waste management and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus benefits and a monthly bonus opportunity.
