About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of industrial cleaning services across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a safety representative, responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, both company-wide and customer-specific.
  • Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment, including vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and ultra-high-pressure pumps.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company equipment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Direct a crew of technicians, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution.
  • Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations, adhering to all vehicle policy and DOT requirements.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, driver's logs, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL license and a strong understanding of industrial cleaning operations.
  • Experience with vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and ultra-high-pressure pumps.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, including emergency response and equipment operation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on safety training and on-the-job experience.
