Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. As a critical member, you will oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor discrepancy resolution. This role requires attention to detail, strong accounting principles knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
* Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
* Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
* Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, particularly related to accounts receivable.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
* Experience with accounting software, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
