Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop plans to improve their condition.
- Operate and maintain complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- GA Respiratory Care Professional license
- Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
- Experience with pediatric pharmacology and ventilation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- EPIC charting experience
- Knowledge of V-60, Servo-i, Drager, Hamilton T-1, Vapotherm, and Optiflow
- Recent travel experience in pediatric respiratory therapy
