Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational standards and procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Provide coaching and training to Shift Supervisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
Salary

$16.70 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings.
