Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Evaluation Board Physician to join our team at Employment Process Group. As a medical expert advisor, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to manage patients' medical treatment and compile medical documentation for the Secretary of the Navy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Duties: Diagnose, process, and determine disability, as well as review patient consults and conduct medical record reviews.
  • Consultation and Advice: Provide input to Department Heads on fitness for duty determinations, physical readiness waivers, and determinations of suitability for referred personnel.
  • Clinical Assessment: Clinically assess patients and review medical records to determine the need for further clinical evaluation.
Requirements
  • Medical Qualifications: M.D./D.O. degree and 3+ years of experience within the last 5 years in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Occupational Medicine.
  • Professional Certifications: BLS, valid, unrestricted medical license in at least 1 state, territory, or commonwealth of the U.S., and immunizations/Covid 19.
  • US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
