We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
- Adaptability: Be comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios, leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
