Position Summary:

At Benchmark Senior Living Nashua Crossings, we are in search of a committed and empathetic NH Licensed Medical Nursing Assistant (MNA) to deliver outstanding care to our residents in a supportive and homelike environment.

Core Responsibilities:
As a Medical Nursing Assistant, your main responsibilities will encompass:
  • Providing exceptional care to residents.
  • Reporting any issues or inconsistencies related to medication administration to the Director of Nursing.
  • Accurately documenting medication administration and assistance on the Medication Observation Record (MOR).
  • Ensuring adherence to state regulations concerning medication and treatment documentation.
Available Shifts:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions with shifts from 6 AM to 12 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM.

Compensation Package:
The hourly pay rate ranges from $25 to $26.25, based on experience.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must:
  • Complete a state-approved training program in medication administration and obtain a certificate of satisfactory completion.
  • Hold a valid NH license as mandated by state regulations.
  • Participate in the Benchmark Medication Aide training program.
  • Exhibit proficiency in drug administration and assistance.
  • Possess current certification as a nursing assistant or have finished a certified home health aide training program.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Achieve CPR certification within six months of hire.
  • Be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
