  • Exhibit a self-assured and outgoing personality that engages and positively influences clients.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, managers, loan officers, and industry peers.
  • Demonstrate experience across multiple lines of insurance.
  • Familiarity with AMS360, AgencyZoom CRM, and carrier portals is advantageous.
  • Show a strong commitment to achieving results, with resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Be a confident, goal-oriented self-starter who excels both independently and in collaborative settings.
  • Contribute positively to the company culture and effectively communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title agents across various platforms.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or be open to obtaining one through on-the-job training.
  • Experience in quoting across multiple insurance lines.
  • Willingness to travel for regional engagements and company events.
  • Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and remain coachable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven closing abilities.
  • Participation in an in-office training program is required.
