We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sleep Expert to join our team. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience and helping customers build the perfect sleep sanctuary.

You will provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as a subject matter expert, driving individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.

You will also maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving customer issues, sending delivery reminders, and leveraging social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.

The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
