Job Title: Medical Office Director

A dynamic and experienced Medical Office Director is needed to oversee the daily operations of a thriving Internal Medicine Pediatric office in Texas.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative duties, including front office and back office operations. You will also assist in developing office protocols and procedures, as well as maintain office schedules. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management and assist in IT infrastructure development.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties
  • Manage inventory
  • Assist in development of office protocol and procedures, office layout, IT infrastructure
  • Assist in billing, front office and back office operations
  • Maintain office schedules

Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, with 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative or office manager role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and time management skills. They will also be able to multi-task and wear different hats in the office.
