Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit flexibility and creativity to uphold customer experience standards.
  • Assess relevant information to resolve inquiries or escalate customer issues as necessary.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through both phone and written communication.
  • Work effectively with diverse individuals, seeking feedback for personal and professional growth.
  • Utilize systems and procedures efficiently to deliver accurate and timely customer support.
  • Manage multiple tasks in an office environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer contact center is preferred.
  • Strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
