Telehealth Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care by monitoring and interpreting telemetry data, making informed decisions, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
• Provide basic bedside care, including standing and walking for long periods of time, bending, leaning, and stooping without difficulty.

Requirements:

• ACLS, NIH, BLS certifications
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and move or lift patients up to 50 pounds at times
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
