Surrounded by lush vineyards and renowned dining establishments, our 22-acre property is a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can indulge in a unique Wine Country experience, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Hotel Villagio and the serene ambiance of Vintage House, each providing a distinct charm.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Wellness Facility Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the Spa remains immaculate and welcoming, undertaking various housekeeping responsibilities as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute daily cleaning tasks to uphold a spotless and inviting spa environment.
  • Restock and refresh spa amenities, including towels, robes, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of changing rooms, relaxation zones, and treatment areas.
  • Regularly empty and sanitize waste receptacles to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all spa equipment and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory levels for spa supplies and submit restocking requests in a timely manner.
  • Welcome and assist spa guests with a warm and accommodating attitude.
  • Adhere to all spa policies and procedures concerning cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with the front desk and other spa staff to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
  • Vacuum guest corridors as per training guidelines.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of spa and linen storage areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
  • Quick and accurate evaluation of alternative courses of action.
  • Capability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain composure and objectivity under stress.
