We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our Industrial Products assurance team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of audit services, including financial statement audits and related disclosures.
  • Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure effective engagement execution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their professional development.
  • Manage multiple engagement teams, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to enhance audit quality and client service.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and partners to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
  • CPA or CA certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB or IFRS regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large non-US companies with significant operations in North America.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior client executives and drive business growth.
