Key Responsibilities- Conduct mental health interviews, screenings, and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide a range of mental health services, including individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards.
- Master's degree in a mental health field, such as psychology or counseling.
- Full licensure as a mental health provider under Chapter 491 (Florida Statutes).
- At least one year of experience providing mental health services in an institutional setting.
- Strong counseling and motivational skills.
- Ability to work in crisis situations and develop clear, concise reports.
