Compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Clearwater, Florida.
About the Job:This position requires prior Home Health experience and a current FL Physical Therapist - PT license.
Responsibilities:- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility assessments, transfer status evaluations, stability testing, ambulation pattern analysis, strength and endurance evaluations, balance assessments, and safety evaluations.
- Implement protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and other interventions.
- Continually assess and revise the physical therapy care plan and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as necessary.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities essential for promoting health, safety, and independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- A current FL Physical Therapist - PT license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
