Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to lead our retail district operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the operation of assigned stores to ensure consistency with Company standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Store Visits to ensure people, customer service, store contribution, and adherence to shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to stores to achieve district sales and profit goals while meeting Customer Service goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store management teams.
  • Ensure compliance of Ross HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain adherence to Company safety policies and ensure the safety of Associates and Customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management or operations experience.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Travel required.
