Overview

Embrace your passion for fashion As a Fit Specialist, you will wear various garments to assess their fit, drape, and overall visual appeal, serving as a live model in the design process. Your insights will play a crucial role in product development, providing feedback on the fit, movement, and feel of each item.

A Fit Specialist is chosen based on specific measurement criteria, including height, bust-waist-hip proportions, arm and inseam lengths, shoulder width, and other relevant dimensions according to the garment type.

Important Note: This position does not involve modeling for print or online media and will not include any public photography.

  • Deliver constructive feedback on fit, fabric quality, and comfort for all styles.
  • Adhere to all scheduled fitting appointments and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly regarding daily operations, including any schedule changes.
  • Stand for extended periods and change outfits multiple times during fittings.
  • Develop a solid understanding of measurement points and product knowledge to effectively discuss garment fit.
  • Ongoing modeling opportunities depend on the individual's consistent size alignment with business requirements.
  • Contribute to the mission statement by performing duties with exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Engage in special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Role
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
No prior experience is required.

Physical Requirements
