Cheerleading Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our cheerleading team. As Cheerleading Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's daily operations, developing and implementing new ideas, and promoting the team's success.

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
  • Lead team practices and performances
  • Develop and manage team budgets
  • Foster relationships with sponsors and donors
  • Collaborate with coaches and staff to improve team performance
  • Represent the team at events and competitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven coaching or leadership experience
