Responsibilities:


The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers both direct and indirect patient care services that necessitate clinical proficiency within the defined scope of practice, adhering to state regulations.

Collaborating with the healthcare team and under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN is responsible for ensuring safety, providing comfort and care to patients, and enhancing the overall patient experience in the emergency care environment.


Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Possession of a current and valid state license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and ongoing maintenance.
  • IV certification upon hire (state-specific).
  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
