About the Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. As a member of our integrated family medicine practice, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary outpatient care across the lifespan. Our practice offers a full range of services, including primary care, walk-in care, mental health, recovery treatment, and much more.

About Our Highlights

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week opportunity, with 34 patient contact hours. You will be responsible for providing integrated preventative care and educational components of care, as well as ensuring continuity of care over the long term through strong relationship building. You will also have the opportunity to experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to inquire.
