Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, providing our team members with financial stability and opportunities for growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you will be responsible for designing personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will create a welcoming and professional environment, promoting member referrals and memberships through excellent customer service.
- Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Carry massage liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
We also prefer knowledge of various other modalities such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Deep Tissue. However, we offer training in all modalities to our team members.
